Connie obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Speech/Drama and Education at Northern Illinois University, her Master's Degree in Human Relations at Eastern Connecticut University, and her certification as a licensed professional counselor in Louisiana.

Connie has counseled individuals, couples, and adolescents. She is the author of several books including How To Be The Person Successful Companies Fight To Keep, Self Esteem & the Six-Second Secret and Life Would Be Easy If It Weren't For Other People. She is also an experienced radio and talk show host and noted comedienne and entertainer.

Connie is an accomplished actress and successful playwright, writing and performing her play Journey before audiences throughout the world.
